Our Cancellation Policy:
We require a minimum of two full working days’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
A fee may be charged for non-attendance (no-show) or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice.
This fee will be considered as a deposit and will be applied to your overall treatment cost.
No fee will be incurred for cancellations or rescheduling made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
