Dr Rajinda Pathirana, DMD (UWA)
Dr Rajinda Pathirana is a local graduate who earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Western Australia. With experience across both public and private sectors, he brings a well-rounded and compassionate approach to patient care—always aiming to make your dental visits as comfortable and efficient as possible.
Dr Rajinda has a strong interest in oral surgery, particularly wisdom tooth removal, as well as crown and bridge work. His many years of clinical experience allow him to provide tailored treatment plans that reflect a patient-centred philosophy.
He is an active member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA) and is committed to ongoing professional development through regular participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs.
Outside the clinic, Dr Rajinda enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. A keen road trip enthusiast, he has explored all corners of Australia by car and frequently visits Sydney to catch up with his parents.
Dr Rajinda is available for appointments Monday to Friday, and on alternate Saturday mornings. He looks forward to welcoming you and your family to the clinic.
Dr Navangi Fernando, DMD (UWA)
Dentist
Dr Navangi Fernando is a local having grown up in the Belmont area. She attended St Maria Goretti’s Primary School, Chisholm College and graduated with a Bachelor of Science, Graduate Diploma in Education and Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Western Australia.
After living and working in Kalgoorlie for 6 years, she returned to Perth with her husband (Dr Rajinda) and daughter. Although they had an enriching experience in Kalgoorlie, they enjoy spending more time with family and friends in Perth.
Dr Navangi is a skilled and gentle dentist who genuinely cares for her patients and endeavours to make each appointment a pleasant and comfortable one. She practices all aspects of general dentistry and enjoys treating patients of all ages. She is a member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA) and regularly participates in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to update her dental knowledge and seek ways to improve patient care.
Outside of Dentistry, she enjoys travelling with her family, around Australia and overseas.
Dr Navangi is currently available to see you and your family on Thursdays.
